Overview

  • Small In Size: The camera board is only 24mm × 25mm and is the size of the V1/V2 Raspberry Pi Camera Board.
  • Wide-Angle Lens: A 120° (D) lens with an F number of F2.8 and a Focal Length of 2.75mm.
  • Seamless Integration: Native to Raspberry Pi and doesn't require any additional drivers.
  • Versatile Platform Compatibility: Supports Raspberry Pi 3, 4 A/B, equipped with 15-22pin FPC flexible cable.

The IMX477 camera modules boast high resolution, but many of them come with larger camera boards and lenses. To address this, Arducam has developed a camera based on the 477M image sensor, making it more flexible and space-saving. Both the 477M and IMX477 have the same optical size and pixels, as well as the same frame rate at different resolutions. They have incorporated a 1/2.3 inch 6-piece lens into this camera, with a board size of approximately 24x25mm, equivalent to the Raspberry Pi v1/v2 camera board. With the specially equipped lens and 477M sensor, they have successfully achieved high pixel compatibility in a compact size.
